Scott Keiser
Worshipful Master
Nellis Lodge #46 for 2012!

Hello, we are constantly looking to improve or ability to communicate with our loge brothers, other Masons and the greater world as a whole.  Worshipful Arcangelo Cocco P.M. has been working diligently at improving our web page.  And of course our Secretary Worshipful James Greely P.M. has really taken the lead on  trying to preserve our history by archiving it.  Both are time consuming and they can not do it on their own. If any brother has any time to donate,  please contact either one of them.  For those are helping, your work is much appreciated, thank you so much.  It is the little things that make the biggest difference.

Fraternally, Scott

Looks like St Baldricks for Children’s Cancer Research is going to be one of the Charities that I would like the lodge to support during the ensuing Masonic Year (If so elected). The “Head Shaving “ part of St Baldricks happens in March, we would like to have a team of Brothers from Nellis have their heads shaved, also they would need to secure donations, we are looking to raise about 10,000 dollars. Several Brothers are already involved with this great cause.. Please contact W. Brother John Gjonola or Bro. Hap Hendrix to find out more!!!!

Fraternally,

Jeff

One of the requirements for the silver state award is that some of our brothers take the Nevada Masonic orientation course. This is a course to learn the Masonic code. It consists of five lessons and does not cost anything except a few minutes of your time. I believe you will enjoy it; I have. This is my second time doing it and I am still learning. If you like information on how to take this course please contact me. I just sent in my third lesson and looking forward for my fourth. If you have any ideas for the meals or if you have a food let me know. Let me know.

Fraternally,
Harold
